Cardify
End User Licence Agreement
Last updated 28 November 2025
Cardify is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. That means your licence to install and use Cardify is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). The Cardify Terms of Service and Pearled legal policies continue to apply, but the Apple Standard EULA is the primary licence that sets your rights and responsibilities.
1. Apple Standard EULA
By downloading Cardify you accept the Apple Standard EULA, which grants you a personal, non-transferable licence, restricts reverse engineering or redistribution, and disclaims warranties on an “as is” basis. Please review the full text directly from Apple for the exact legal language.
2. Cardify-specific commitments
Cardify remains subject to the Cardify Terms of Service and Pearled Terms of Service. You agree not to store cards you do not own, not to use the app for fraudulent activity, and to follow local laws and App Store rules.
3. Privacy & data
Cardify's data practices are described in the Cardify Privacy Policy plus Pearled's Privacy Policy. Card numbers stay on your device unless you enable encrypted iCloud backup, and Pearled does not add any warranty beyond what Apple provides in the Standard EULA.
